Passport, Highly inflameable items and any other arlicales restricted by IATA (International Air Transport
Association), ICAO (International Civil Avation Oraganization).
Speedway Int. will makes every reasonable efforts to deliver the shipment according to regular delivery schedules,
but this are not guranteed. Speedway Int. is not liable for any damages or loss caused by delays.
This shipment is not insured you are requested to get insurance seperately. Our liability for this shipment is
strictly limited to maximum Rs. 2000/- only. Speedway Int. is not responsible for any indirect loss / damages
in any circumtances.
Speedway Int. is not liable for any duties charged by Airlines, Air port authority, Country's local authorities.
It is the primary responsibility of the shipper not to deliver any goods which are in any way, what ever banned
by the rules & regulations of the Airlines or the Goverment of india or any international law as amended
from time to time for e.g. Druges, Cash, Jewellery contraband etc. it will not be the responsibility of speedway
Int. to check this items before they are delivered for outward journey.In cash of any default or lapse it
will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
